  • BEN MYERS  CAMP DIRECTOR

    Ben has served at Arrowhead for over 21 years.  Serving alongside Ben is his wife Kelly, while their daughter Natalie is now off at college.

    "What started as a summer job in college has become our home, our ministry... our life.  I love serving God here at Arrowhead."   -Ben

    Ben has a bachelor's degree in Camping Ministry from Cairn University and a master's degree in Education from Clarks Summit University.  Ben is a site professor for Anchor Christian University, teaching and leading college courses onsite at Arrowhead.

  • Katarina macfadden  HEAD NURSE

    Kat has been serving seasonally at Arrowhead since 2016.  After a big summer of ministry in 2022, she joined our full-time team in 2023. 


    Kat's education: BSN, RN from Roberts Wesleyan College; BSN, Christian Ministry from Davis College; & Global Health Certificate from John Hopkins University

     

    Kat cares deeply for people, is a trusted mentor, and loves spending quality time with our campers, staff, and volunteers.  She is passionate about advocating for the holistic health of teens & adults with disabilities and building relationships grounded in Christ’s love across all dimensions of the team & ministry.

  • SUMMER JAMES  Program Manager

    Summer has been serving at Arrowhead since 2018.  Her first Arrowhead experience, through our James Project missions opportunity led her to serve as a seasonal staff member.  In the fall of 2022, she began serving year-round through our LID Program.  And now, Summer is leading our Shepherds Camp Program as our Program Manager.


    Summer brings a dynamic combination of skills and abilities to our full-time team.  She loves our campers and their parents & care providers.  Equal to her passion of caring for others is her administrative and event planning abilities.

  • jeff spiller  assistant program manager

    Jeff is a graduate of Davis College, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Biblical Education, with a concentration on intercultural ministries. Camping Ministry has been a part of Jeff's life since high school.  His passion for serving at camp is matched by his outgoing personality and high energy.  Jeff is one of our most versatile staff members, but spends most of his time with our year-round LID students.

  • Peter Sklepik  Operations manager

    Over the past six years Peter has traveled to Arrowhead several times a year to serve with his home church as a work group.  Peter has over four years of maintenance/operations experience alongside an aptitude for mechanics and learning new industry skills.  When Peter is not fixing equipment, working on the grounds, or setting up for camper activities, he loves spending time with campers, staff, and volunteers playing guitar and singing.

  • Noah Branyan  cook

    Noah has been a big part of the ministry here at Arrowhead for over eight years.  Since 2016, he has served with a James Project team, several summers as seasonal staff, and completed our gap year program - The Launch Initiative.  In March of 2023 Noah returned as part of our LID Program and has recently made the move to full time staff as our second Cook.  Noah brings a passion to camp that impacts every area he serves in.  His love for serving God has given him a deep compassion for people whether he is preparing them a meal, engaged in conversation, or spending time outdoors.

  • courtney rosenau   head cook

    Courtney has been a part of Arrowhead since 2005.  Her first summer she served as a Shepherds Camp counselor.  Then she spent two seasons as our Assistant Cook.  From 2008 - 2013 she served as our Head Cook during summer camps and weekend retreats.  In early 2023, Courtney joined the full time staff as our Head Cook.  Courtney runs an efficient kitchen with food that tastes better than home cooking.  Her compassion for people, consistently joyful attitude and love for laughter are paralleled by her amazing meals.

  • joel becker  program specialist

    Joel serves on the front-lines of TLI - our gap year program.  From teaching classes and leading missions trips to intentional discipleship and leadership training, Joel is passionate about the spiritual formation and growth of our students, staff, and volunteers. 


    Joel is also utilizing his role at Arrowhead for the completion of a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Leadership.  It is the perfect combination of personal and professional growth in the context of everyday ministry.
